What about the lead time for samples and mass production?
For a regular sample, we can send it out within 7 days.
For mass production of polyurethane tires we can ship within 25 days if the mold is already available. If the mold needs to be specially made, we can ship within 35 days.
For foam filled tires, our average production time is 20-25 days if the required rubber tires are available. If the rubber tire need to be specially made, we can ship within 45-60 days.
How are your products packaged?
Generally we use 5-layer carton on the plywood pallet with plastic wrap surrounding it. We can alter the packaging as per your specific requirements.
Can you produce according to my samples?
Yes, we can produce as per your original samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds as per your requirements.
What testing do you perform on the tires during and after production?
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our polyurethane solid tires, the MOQ is 300 pieces.
For our foam filled solid tires, for sizes below 10 inches the MOQ is 300 pieces, and for 10 inches and above the MOQ is 200 pieces.
Do you allow small orders?
Yes, orders that are under our MOQ can be produced at a higher price.
